Transceiver is a device for signal conversion, usually referred to as optical transceiver. The optical fiber transceiver converts the twisted pair electrical signals and optical signals to ensure the smooth transmission of the packets between the two networks, and extends the network's transmission distance limit from 100 meters to 100 km (Dan Mo fiber).
